We spent a decade honing our craft in the Midwest, learning exactly how much cherry wood it takes to get that perfect smoke ring and developing a sauce that’s just the right amount of “mitten-made” sweet.
In 2026, we decided it was time for a change of scenery. We packed up the smokers, hitched up the truck, and traded the Michigan snow for the Nevada sun. We’re the new kids in Las Vegas, but we brought ten years of pitmaster secrets with us.
